I've tried running the SFC which tells me all is okay. Choosing 'Turn On Quiet Hours' changes to 'Turn Off Quiet Hours' Choosing 'Open Action Center' does nothing.
Right clicking on the icon gives me 2 choices: 'Open Action Center', and 'Turn On Quiet Hours'.
Nothing happens when I click on the systray icon. Until now, I've been searching all of the information that I could from many sites and none has absolute way to solve this problem :'(
